Teaser Tuesday (Jan 6)

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teaser:

Deja vu smacked into me, except this time I wasn’t in an alley, but somehow unexpectedly staring into a pair of eyes the color of spring grass.

Son of a Bitch.

Wicked (A Wicked Saga, #1) Wicked (A Wicked Saga book 1) by Jennifer L Armentrout.

Holy Crap I love this author.  This book is amazing!

PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT with either the link to your own Teaser Tuesdays post, or share your ‘teasers’ in a comment here (if you don’t have a blog). Thanks! :D

  1. Wow, that’s some powerful language.

Happy New Year! I have a quote from a Grisham legal thriller this week:

  2. “Color of spring grass” — love that description! I’m curious about the deja vu moment.
My Tuesday post features LEARNIN’ THE ROPES.

  3. Haha, love the second line. Surprisingly, I haven’t read anything by J.L.A. yet, would you recommend starting with Wicked?
