Teaser Tuesday (Sept 2)

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teaser:

It had taken everything for me not to slam my fist into his face.  I had calmed down enough that bringing the house down on its foundation was unlikely to occur.  Still a possibility, though.

Opposition (Lux, #5) Opposition (Lux #5) by Jennifer L Armentrout.

OMG loved this conclusion to the Lux series.  I wish there were more 😦 sadly it is the end, but it was an amazing ride!

PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT with either the link to your own Teaser Tuesdays post, or share your ‘teasers’ in a comment here (if you don’t have a blog). Thanks! :D

  6. It’s a shame when series end but at least this one got a good ending! And sometimes I do feel like bringing down a house around me, although I’d never be capable of that! Thanks for sharing 🙂 hope you have a great week!

  7. Not a series I’ve read, but like Sandra, I’m wondering what happened to get to that point. Thanks for visiting Write Note Reviews.
