Teaser Tuesday (May 27)

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teaser:

Sadie rolls her eyes scathingly as she slams through the side exit and stompss towards Williams car.  “Oh, don’t try to patronize me, Rose.  I saw the look on is face.  If that guy is not smitten with you, I’ll give my car to charity.”

I found this on my kindle and decided to give it a go.  So far it is great.  A different take on a vampire type story.

PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT with either the link to your own Teaser Tuesdays post, or share your ‘teasers’ in a comment here (if you don’t have a blog). Thanks! :D

  1. Sounds good. I’m sure I have lots of hidden treasures on my Kindle too. Came see my teasers for The Truth About Alice by Jennifer Mathieu and The Lost by Sarah Beth Durst. Happy reading!

I love vampire stories but quit reading them for a while, because they got to be kind of ‘samey’. This sounds like it may have possibilities. TBR’d on GoodReads.

  3. Another great teaser although it isn’t my usual type of read. Thank you for visiting my TT http://cleopatralovesbooks.wordpress.com/2014/05/27/tuesday-teaser-may-27/

  4. This might go on my summer read list. I like a smart mouth:)
