Unexpectedly, he released my hand and leaned forward. slowly, he reached out and held a lock of my hair, twisting it around one finger thoughtfully. I froze, and for a moment, thee was nothing going on in the world except him touching my hair. He let my hair go,looking a little surprised-and embarrassed-at what he’d done.

I have been thinking about reading this book for a while, but I’ve been a bit wary of YA books lately. So many of them are poorly written (though there are a lot of good ones too) and the plots are sometimes very very predictable.
How is this one?

So far I am enjoying it, but it is strangely similar to the Covenant Series by Jennifer Armentrout. VA came out first though. So for me it seems a bit predictable, but I loved the Covenant series so I will finish at least this one. Thanks for stopping by.
I enjoyed the first two books of the Covenant series, but I stopped reading it after that. I think the main character annoyed me too much 😛
I think I’ll give VA a shot though
I haven’t read any VA books yet but I kind of want to read the first book before I see the film! This part sounds a bit creepy, why is he touching her her? Thanks for sharing 🙂 I hope you enjoy the rest of this book as well!

I loved the VA books when I first read them. But as the books progressed (and certainly when I reread them) I started hating Dmitri. Still enjoyed the books though. His character just annoyed me.

Sometimes I enjoy YA books and sometimes I enjoy vampire books, but I’m not sure I’d like the combination of the two! But I did like your Teaser.
